Before Rust Coating
The tires, wheel well liners, underbody shields, and tail lights are removed for better access to the undercarriage.

Before Rust Coating
A masking spray is applied over the outer surfaces of the vehicle to keep the undercoating and rustproofing materials from sticking to the glass, trim and paint finish.

Before Rust Coating
A degreaser salt neutralizer is applied.

Before Rust Coating
The underbody is 'steam cleaned' with high-pressure hot water.

Before Rust Coating
Any pockets of water are blasted out with compressed air, and large fans are set up to aid the drying process.
Before Rust Coating
Any accessible areas that have loose, crusty rust are gone over with a rust descaler to remove it.

Before Rust Coating
The inner wheel wells are carefully accessed so as to allow for an even coat of rust preventative.

The Rust Coating Process Begins
Our rustproofing has the ability to creep into cavities and flow upward, sideways, and downward into welds and seams.
We use our high-pressure equipment to get into areas that others are not able to reach.

The rear box side inner wheel wells were also injected with rust coating.

Afterward the access holes are capped off with factory-looking plastic covers.

Rust coating is shown being applied inside the tail gate.

All the parts that were removed to allow for proper access are now reinstalled

Finally, the outside of the vehicle is washed to remove any rust coating overspray from the outside body.

Happy Customers - who now have a vehicle that will last them a long time!
