Before Undercoating
The tires, wheel well liners, underbody shields, and tail lights are removed for better access to the undercarriage.

Before Undercoating
A masking spray is applied over the outer surfaces of the vehicle to keep the undercoating and rustproofing materials from sticking to the glass, trim, and paint finish.

Before Undercoating
A degreaser salt neutralizer is applied.

Before Undercoating
The underbody is 'steam cleaned' with high-pressure hot water.

Before Undercoating
Any pockets of water are blasted out with compressed air, and large fans are set up to aid the drying process.
Before Undercoating
All the areas that are not to be undercoated are covered with tin foil and masking paper.

Undercoating
The underside is coated with a nice thick application.

Rustproofing is eing applied to the doors.

Rustproofing is being applied to rear gate.

Rustproofing is being applied to the engine hood.

Finally, the outside of the vehicle is washed to remove any undercoating - rustproofing overspray from the outside body.

Happy Customer - who now has a vehicle that will last him a long time!
