1. PRE-TREATMENT FOR EXISTING 'UNDER-BODY' RUST:
(Newer vehicles don't need this service):
If you have a vehicle that already has some 'under-body' corrosion, we offer a 'rust pre-treatment.' Our RUST KILLER PRE-TREATMENT will convert your vehicle's 'existing under-body rust' into a primer. This optional service is designed to be completed 12 plus hours BEFORE our rust coating products are applied.
NOTE: This service is typically done to vehicles that are 5 to 10 plus years in age AND for vehicles that have been driven primarily within the northern rust-belt States.

2. Additional Underbody Cleaning
(Most vehicles do not need this service).
For vehicles that need additional cleaning (over and above removing road film and grime). Typically these are the vehicles that, at some point, were driven off-road. This additional service cleans the complete OUTER PORTION of the UNDERBODY (i.e., removing a buildup of mud and heavy dirt behind bumpers, top and sides of frame rails, crossmembers, skid plates, suspension, and around brake parts/lines, wiring, and cables). (Also includes the necessary cleaning of our hoist ramps, axle lifts, the floor, and floor drains after the above process has been completed).

3. Underbody INNER Channel Flush - for vehicles that were frequently driven over dusty/gravel roads.
(Most vehicles do not need this service).
This process is typically performed on vehicles originating from western states (i.e., drier climates) or vehicles that frequently travel on very dusty roads. What happens is debris - fine dust and gravel - built up 'INSIDE' the ENCLOSED AREAS. (i.e., frame rails, crossmembers, gussets, rocker panels, and various enclosed underbody pockets. This dirt must first be removed from all the 'ENCLOSED AREAS' for the rust coating to be effective.
This is a time-consuming process where a high-pressure hose is inserted into the INSIDE of all the contaminated areas. Attached to the hose is a special high-pressure tip that loosens up the encapsulated dirt.
The high-pressure rinse is then followed by flushing out the enclosed areas with a garden hose and lots of water (often amounting to hundreds of gallons). The high-pressure and flushing process is repeated - back and forth - until the water coming out of the enclosed area runs clear. After completing the inner-channel flushing process, a great deal of time is spent removing the leftover debris from the hoist, hoist lifts, floor, and drains.
